Why Funk3000?
I’ve spent 15 years working in brand and creative roles, both agency side and client side, and across various categories where competition is fierce.
I’ve relaunched brands from the ground up, grown others through digital first campaigns, and led work across influencers, partnerships, events, paid media, content and CRM. In every role, the focus has been the same: understand the consumer properly, set clear direction, and make sure the work actually lands in market.
Along the way, I’ve trained hundreds of marketers in how to design brand and creative around consumer behaviour, using the consumer experience as the anchor for decision making. That experience taught me where brands break down, why teams lose alignment, and what it takes to bring clarity back without slowing the business down.
I’ve been responsible for strategy and execution, worked closely with agencies and commercial teams, and owned decisions through to performance. If something isn’t working, I change it. If it is working, I protect it.
That mix of breadth and depth is what I bring to Funk3000: practical brand thinking, grounded in real execution, with the confidence to make decisions stick.
